Intandem vs. Enterprise Heavyweights

Why emerging GovCon teams choose Intandem over legacy platforms.

The Advantage for Emerging GovCon Teams

When entering the government contracting space as an 8(a), WOSB, SDVOSB, or HUBZone, resources are tight and time is your most valuable asset. Legacy platforms like GovWin IQ, Bloomberg Government, and GovTribe were built for massive prime contractors with dedicated capture teams. Intandem is purpose-built to do the heavy lifting for small businesses — using AI to score and summarize solicitations before you even click them.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does setup take?
Setup takes less than 60 seconds. Enter your NAICS codes, certifications, and target states in the onboarding wizard and you're done — no calls, no manual setup required. Your first matched opportunity feed is waiting for you that morning.
What certifications do you support?
We support all SBA-issued certifications: 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB, and 8(a) Joint Ventures. We also filter by self-certified categories and can track full-and-open competitions if you want the broader market view.
Where does the contract data come from?
We pull from three tiers of sources daily: Federal — SAM.gov via the official GSA bulk extract (100,000+ active opportunities); State — 12 live state eProcurement portals across 5 underlying architectures (Periscope/BuySpeed, CGI Advantage VSS, Ivalua, Jaggaer/SciQuest, and Texas ESBD); and SLED — hundreds of local government and educational entities including cities, counties, transit authorities, water utilities, school districts, and community colleges across 49 states. New SLED sources are added every week — we currently monitor over 1,850 portals and growing. All sources are unified into a single ranked feed tailored to your profile.
Do other platforms cover state portals too?
Partially. GovWin IQ (by Deltek) has SLED coverage but it's analyst-curated and costs $6,000–$15,000+/year — not built for emerging small businesses. GovTribe claims 50-state SLED coverage as a higher-tier add-on, but it's secondary to their federal focus and depth varies. Bloomberg Government (BGOV) has no meaningful state procurement coverage at all. Intandem is the only platform that gives small businesses direct, native access to state solicitations at $89/month — fully integrated into the same AI-ranked daily feed as your federal opportunities.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new subscription includes a 3-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be billed a thing. After 3 days, billing starts at $49/month.
Does the platform include a CRM?
Yes, we provide a pipeline CRM (Pipeline Board) for managing contract opportunities efficiently. You can drag and drop opportunities through stages from Watching to Won.
Can I have multiple users in my account?
Yes, you can have up to 10 users assigned individual access to your account to collaborate on pipeline management.
Can I export all the data?
Yes, we make all the data exportable in CSV format so you can integrate it into your other workflows.
