• Account and Tenant Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (securely hashed), and company details (such as company name, NAICS/NIGP codes, geographic scope, HQ address, and a summary of your business capabilities).
• Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment information is processed directly by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full credit card details. We only store your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status.
• Usage and Analytics Data: We automatically track user interactions on our landing page and dashboard (e.g., clicks, page views, opportunity interactions). To protect your privacy, we do not store raw IP addresses; instead, we store a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address. We also collect session IDs and truncated User-Agent strings.
• Publicly Available Contractor Data: We collect and process publicly available information from government sources, including the SBA Small Business Search and SAM.gov. This includes Unique Entity Identifiers (UEIs), company names, contact emails, phone numbers, active certifications, and capability narratives.

• Analyze and score government contract opportunities against your specific business capabilities using artificial intelligence.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send you daily opportunity digest emails and transactional notifications.
• Conduct business-to-business (B2B) cold outreach to prospective customers identified through public government databases.
• Improve our platform, features, and user experience.

4. Third-Party Integrations and Data Sharing

To provide our services, we share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers:

• Artificial Intelligence: We utilize Google Gemini to analyze and score procurement opportunities. We may send your provided capability summaries and public opportunity details to Google Gemini for processing.
• Email Providers: We use services like Resend, Brevo, Mailtrap, Winnr, and Mailgun to send transactional emails, digests, and B2B outreach campaigns.
• Government and Location APIs: We integrate with SAM.gov, USASpending, FPDS, and the US Census Geocoder. We also use the OSRM Routing Engine for drive-time calculations (which may process your HQ latitude and longitude).
• Payment Processor: Stripe.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including bcrypt password hashing and IP hashing for analytics, to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
