The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) or household members are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes entry period begins upon publication of the official announcement post on social media and ends on the date specified in the post announcement, or 14 calendar days post-publication if unspecified ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.
There are two (2) methods of entry. No purchase or financial commitment is required for either method.

Email entries receive equal opportunity in the random drawing.
Limit: Strictly one (1) entry per person / entity regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries, multiple social media handles operated by the same individual, or automated bot entries will result in disqualification of all associated entries.
Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a full one (1) year subscription to InTandem's GovCon Platform (Federal + State tier / F+S).
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor within three (3) business days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified via Direct Message on X (or via email if entered via AMOE) within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and provide required verification details (such as account setup email). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from remaining eligible entries.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp. (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Meta, or any other social media platform on which it is promoted. Participants completely release X Corp. and affiliated platforms from any and all liability related to this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor at team@getintandem.io.
Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, business name, and handle/avatar for promotional and announcement purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, technical failures, hardware errors, or network disruption.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process.
